plenty more to do, just got in my radio bezel so I can install the 03'-06' radio and get the interior looking better. Still need the switch panel and defrost trim piece in slate. Also have a center console coming (no sub) to install. And will be driving it by next weekend if only for a few days before tearing the interior out to monster line the tub.
What did you do/use to prep and prime the grill and hood using the rust oleum? Plan on doing it shortly.

Just lightly sanded the surface to help the bedliner adhere. I may have primed the grill but I know all I did was sand the the hood. The grill was then used on my white Jeep and painted the white right over the berliner. The hood is still on that v8 project jeep sitting outside every day and still looks great.

Where did you find the down pipe/ hi-flow cat for the white jeep? I just put on an mbrp catback and now want to replace that section.

Spent two days crawling this thread from page 1 all the way to 55. Couldn't get enough. Makes me want to go out and wrench on my TJ more than I already do (too much). Keep up the good work!

I've been following you on YouTube. You pump out some high quality videos, sir. In fact, I think you're the top hit if you search wr250r.

I finally got that DRZ400 I've been talking about for the last year. It's a blast

I'll need to dig out the paperwork and look.

Garage
a very inspiring build. ive spent the past week or see reading it on my breaks at work and at home. I am currently negotiating for a YJ that is in very good STOCK condition which is what ive wanted but seeing your TJ's i have a feeling one of those are in the future. I did see that nice F250 in the garage.

Do you have any progress on the v8 or maybe found a 4bt? Either way the white Jeep very similar to what i plan on doing with whataever YJ/TJ i end up with.

Best of luck to you and keep up your good work.

Thank you, ended up selling the green project jeep with the v8 engine to a guy locally. As far as I know he is yet to work on it. The F-350 in the garage was a great truck but complete overkill for me so I sold it. If you can find a good TJ I'd recommend going that route unless you plan on building a 4 link or really upgrading the suspension its just easier to start with the TJ. Plus resale is better on them.
