Will a JK head unit work in a TJ?

I'm replacing my factory 730n in my JK and i was wondering if it would be possible to install it in my TJ. i was searching through the forums and i was able to find where people have installed RES130 but nothing about a 730 or a 430.

Thanks

The TJs 1.5 DIN head unit space makes any modern head unit swap , a lot of work.

I recently helped my dad install a double din in his 05 rubicon. he had to buy a double din dash and we had to do some minor trimming above the AC controles but it fit fine. im really just trying to find out if all of the features from my 730n work. like nav and backup cam or will i have to rewire everything.

The JK radio is canbus controlled. I'm pretty sure that you can't get it to work.

Agreed. There a LOT of really nice aftermarket radios out there with plenty of nice features. I had a single din Pioneer in my WJ that had Bluetooth and worked perfectly with my iPhone, got it off Amazon for under $100 with Prime shipping.
