Ghost in the Jeep

Just picked up a new trailhawk and it has a ghost!

So in all serious my passenger window rolls down randomly, in 2 to 3 second increments forcing me to hold onto the window switch in the up position. When this happens the backlights on the outlet panel below the nav screen will go out, and the radio and rear DVD players will cut out for 1 to 5 seconds. The battery voltage will start spiking up to 16.5 v. when on the highway, and as low as 12-13 v. when idle.
Turning off the engine will reset the issue but it'll only take 10-20 minutes of driving before it reoccurs.

I have an appt at the local dealer but it's not until next week. My commutes an hour each way so u can imagine my distraction going back and forth o work. It's 30 deg outside and I'm growing callouses on my fingertips holding the switch up.

I have several videos of the issue happening while driving but not sure how to post them here as I'm new to the forum.

Anyone have any advice? Tried pulling the 25a fuse to the power windows and reseating but that did nothing... No idea where to begin to troubleshoot this, electrical isn't my thing.

Help?
