Hi everyone,



so this happend ^^ And it was worth it, love my headunit now. I am using my Jeep as daily and a good headunit just makes my life on the road much better

I couldn't figure out why you had to cut your dash until I saw that you are a right hand drive JK.

On the left hand drive JK's, no cutting is required. My Seicane couldn't have been easier to install.

I'm surprised that Seicane, Dasalita or others don't have a drop in right hand drive kit.

And yes, a 10.1" head unit is an outstanding addition.

I was wondering why as well, knowing there are a number of 10" units that can go in without this huge hassle.
So basically, this video is only useful if you have a RHD Wrangler...

Exactly, was quite upset that there is no right hand version.

This video is useful for RHD and LHD in my view. For LHD you can just skip the cutting part. But tbh I saw bad fit stories on most install video for LHD, where the dash part didn't fit proparly and vents. This particular unit fits perfectly. Pretty happy with it.
