Won't start or take a jump, silent, but accessory power works

'05 LJ that lives a bit of a hard life had what i assumed was a dead battery thing morning after a few weeks of not being used.

Won't take a jump, does not do ANYTHING, no dash light, no nothing, i think i can hear the starter relay or solenoid (single quite click).

i swapped out the starter relay to two other matching ones and nothing changed, the 30A starter fuse near it looks perfect. is there another?

if i turn the key to accessory, the heater and fan turn on just fine and all the cabin and headlights work.

What gives?
I'm already down my DD for the foreseeable future, i can't loose this one too.

Bad battery or real bad connections, Check voltage at battery with a volt meter, should be 12.6 if fully charged. This is the starting point of troubleshooting your troubles.

Check the ignition switch actuator pin. DORMAN 924-704
If it is broken at all, the Jeep will not start. You might hear the relay behind the glove box and that's it.
