Variations in connecting rod bolts

EDIT: for the benefit of anyone reading this in the future: these bolts are the official Mopar repalcement, the sleeves are a very tight fit, but once you start tightening the bolt they will fit in place.

G'day,

As part of rebuilding the 4.7L on my 2005 WK I am replacing the connecting rod bolts as instructed by the service manual. The older ones had a thicker shoulder right below the bolt head, while the new ones have some sort of a loose sleeve around the same part.

Those sleeves on the newer ones don't fit into the connecting rod caps, and I do not want to force them. Everywhere I looked seem to be stocking the same part (6508504AA) so I am not sure what's going on. Are they supposed to be forced in?
