Timing Chain Cover: Please Help!!!

I'm a newbie at this Jeep thing. I have disassembled my 84 cj7. I am now working on the engine, a strait 6 4.0. I am trying to get the timing chain cover off. I have taken the outer pulley off and now can't figure out how to get the chain cover off because of the inner pulley. Sorry for the lack of correct terms. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

You mean the harminic ballancer? You need a harmonic ballancer puller, pull the bolt out of the crank first. Then pull all the bolts out of the cover and with a puddy scraper & hammer wedge it between the cover & block to break the gasket seal.
