Replacing parts RTV or no?

So I have all these new shiny parts... Timing chain set, oil pump and water pump.

I see that the water pump comes with a gasket, rubber. Do I RTV? If I do both sides?

Oil pump?

Timing cover gasket?

I recently did my 4.0 timing chain and I just applied a little oil to the cover and shaft seal before tapping in with hammer. And for the gasket just needed a small bit of rtv to get the gasket to stay in place while positioning the cover.
