Rebuild Won't Start!

Recently rebuilt my engine, Jeep is a 97 wrangler with the 4.0. I had it bored to accommodate for .030 pistons, resurfaced .007 for flatness, crankshaft rods and mains ground .010, head has a 3-angle valve job with hardened seats and resurfaced .010 as Well. Assembled with all new bearings and a new camshaft from compcams (68-232-4). Also had to order custom pushrods to accommodate for deck height.

Whenever I crank the engine it cranks fine but every now and then it ignites and a loud bang comes from the intake. Here's a list of what I've tested for faults:

-Removed timing cover to make sure cam and crank were aligned at #1 tdc on compression stroke while distributor was set at #1.
-Spark test on plugs (running e3, I know people are against them but I got 6 for $26 because the store was out of the champions).
-Bought new distributor because I was thinking maybe the cam sensor wasn't any good in the old one.
- Removed fuel rail and cranked engine to make sure all injectors were firing.
-Compression test was 145-150psi on all cylinders.

Now my question is, what else can I do to troubleshoot my problem?
Spent a lot of time and money on this and it just won't run

Any help is appreciated.
