Inline 6 on a 0411 pcm

I've got a 1988 MJ that just will not stay running. When I get one thing fixed something else goes bad.
I think the biggest problem is the guy I got it from never cleaned under the hood. There was literally an inch of oil and gunk on every thing under the hood.
I'm going to build a GM computer system to bun it on.
So, if I'm reading correctly, I can run a inline 6 on a 12200411 pcm. I'll need to put a 3x crank trigger and a 1x cam signal.
I can run port fuel injection and a distributor for ignition. I'll be machining my own crank reluctor and maybe building a custom distributor. The pcm I'll be using is a 12200411 pcm with a 4.3l V6 bin.
Has anyone ever done this?
I've read several posts where people said they were going to do this but they never finished the project or just never posted that they did.

Well the computer I'm using isn't the 0411. It's from a 2004 Chevy Astro van. I got the harness, computer and sensors for less than $100 at a upull it.

I have put a couple more videos on youtube so check them out.
