like most of these recorded from a phone. its very hard to tell where its from. if you take a length of hose and use it as a stethoscope. You can tell for sure if the sound up high or down low.

in general if it was say a spun rod bearing you may have a lose of pressure as well as the thump. BUT it may be a piston skirt has broke a bit off as well, if no oil pressure change. take the pan off and inspect for chunks of a piston. If the sound after the hose trick seems more up high in the valve train could be lifter/push rod / worn cam etc..

my best guesses from a pc.

My favorite tool there. Use hose that won't melt easily (fuel line/heater hose/etc.). Press the free end against the motor at various places until you get the loudest knocking to your ear. Whatever is below/beside where that is will be related to the problem.

Rocker issues can be diagnosed through the valve cover. Valve issues can be heard at the valve cover AND the int/exh runner. Lifter issues at the valve cover and side of the block near the freeze plugs. Rod/crank knock will be at the bottom/side of the block AND the oil pan. Timing chain slap at the cover, and so on.
