2009 Laredo- Intermittently not starting

This just started about 2 weeks ago.... This vehicle has an RKE (No key). The light, windows , door locks all work but the car wont start. I let the car sit ( no specific amount of time) and then it will start up as normal . It ran for a few days and then it started doing the same thing again. Its now happened about 4 times.. The starter isn't making any clicks when i try to start it but everything else seems to work. Battery tested out good, starter was replaced, battery on the RKE was also replaced. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I would start with a scan- ALL modules.

this is a OEM RKE ?

Any recent repairs?

When I see the price of OEM I think aftermarket.
When I see the quality of aftermarket I think OEM.
