ciao Marko, que fi fratello?

Feeling kinda sentimental cuz of the holidays and man it almost hurts to see this stuff.

I miss all the guys from that forum, all the antics and especially Rick, that big lug and fellow Blue Oyster Cult fanatic.

I think a few of those pics are his buddy's Jeep Kenny5.9Powers.

FYI that thing blasting down the street behind Rick's Jeeps at about 1:30 is the world's fastest Cherokee. A gorgeous 2 door with a crazy built 440 and nitrous - under 9 seconds in the quarter last I knew.

Really amazing to think that there's 5.9s now going faster in the quarter than they were back in the heyday when people were spending many 10s of thousands on them.

Hope all is well with you Marko.

Jo3Gee that is a freakin awesome build! Very clean too.

Do you by any chance have a build thread anywhere? I've done the 5.9 ZJs for a while now and was thinking of throwing my spare drivetrain into something different.

I am also a fan of engine swaps, ROFL.

Gotta post my "5.9 that's no longer a 5.9" ZJ on here one of these days - just gotta figure out whether I need to upgrade my Pbucket or just go to something else entirely

Happiness is clear in the cab and 150 over 150.

Not quite stock... 375tq at the wheels. Still not done, and it needs tuned, but I needed to see where the baseline curve was before I decided further choices.

hey all,
i missed your answers.
@Aceladriver , you know it's always good to hear from you.
i'm so sorry we all lost each other.
i'm fine though, i'll be probably getting a new job soon. i'm sorry to leave the one i have now, but i gotta pay the bills.
the Z is fine though, sleeping in a garage and getting prepped for a 5 spd and 360 swap!
i'm still waiting for some of your updates

i got into a fight with Rick too a while back, never heard from him again. i tried to contact him again even if it was just a joke so it wasn't really anybody's fault, but he never answered so i think there was probably something more wrong with him. who knows.
@Jo3Gee super cool built though, keep it up. what tranny is behind that engine?
