Anyone have good luck with the harbor freight 60 piece tap and die kit? We used it when I worked at uhaul for hitches and such. But I need to pull my transmission crossmember stud and tap another hole for my long arm crossmember and figured it was a good little kit.

I've had good luck with a Tekton tap and die set off amazon, I imagine similar quality. Just gotta get new tap handles since they are very weak aluminum castings.

Every time I use a tap I normally use a socket and ratchet. But I'm sick of buying individual taps for $5-$10 a piece. It adds up.

Got screwed over by a dude that was gonna sell me shackle relocation brackets. Finally bought a new rear wiper and swapped my K&N oiled filter for a much better, paper filter.

If that's a true K&N filter , it should be washable . Then it would need re-oiling to perform it's duty .

It is and I have washed and re oiled it. Even with it freshly oiled, it doesnt stop as much dust as the paper stock filters.

You're right . Air flow ( volume ) is likely the top priority for K&N .
