Drove to work and quickly realized that my fluid is getting low as I get about half way of clutch pedal travel before it does anything and then quickly engages. Anyone change their external slave?

4 years ago or so my gauge cluster lost connection. Just started happening again. Lost tach and speedo on the way to lunch. Damn electrical connectors

Oh the Pre-97s are on my list. In fact I have two prototypes sitting here on my desk. I just can't get someone local to let me install them to check the fit!

Speaking of switches....

In a "that escalated quickly" kind of moment, I've reached out to the company that makes the aftermarket XJ/TJ switches to see if the can do a custom run for me

WizardPC, I like that even better than the one I built. I like how it cants the switches back toward the driver. I think I'll have to order one! Great job!

Well small snag in my plans... Seems the mechanic installed the wrong seal in the axle. Poor guy. Now he has to redo it a third time. It takes 4-6 hours of work to replace the seal.

Apparently everything looked okay but then he parked it on an incline and all the diff fluid leaked out of the passenger side tube. Again.

So I don't get my jeep back until Monday (maybe) hut I have this awesome ash tray pod I need to test...

What kind of custom run? Should I wait to order switches now lol.

Also patiently awaiting installed pics of the new switch panel

Whelp I'm 95% sure my parts jeep is a upcountry package. Had front hooks, gas tank skid, no rear tow hook due to hitch, and has no rear swaybar.

-push the pedal down but don't lose position of the plunger.
-pedal held, open the bleeder slightly and move the plunger inward till you get fluid or run out of room.
-close the bleeder, repeat if necessary.
Shoop! Had you forgotten I explained this to you?
