Thought about washing all the mud off the MJ, but it's covering up my dead inspection sticker and I can't get to the DMV for antique plates til next weekend.

Was hoping to do the bumper this weekend, but the place I'm getting my tube from didn't email me back til yesterday to tell me the guy had left and they were closed til the 5th.
I might hold off til I can get a tube notching jig anyway, trying to do 2 22.5 angles one one tube would suck and I've got an idea that would require me to keep the one tube whole at the end anyway.

no jeep stuff today, but truck stuff. so sorry about that, but i need opinions
spent 6 hours today and some time yesterday removing ugly *** trim form my truck. that adhesive aged 25 years was nasty tough but way worth it.
from this crooked sun baked rusty crap

to this

and debating on white

or black for the inside of the grill and of course keep the chrome like these guys did

the truck is mostly white an chrome with hardly any black? i dunno, i got both colors in the garage. the faded plastic looks bad. i leaning towards white.
you guys seem to have really good taste in subtle mods, so send help?

Do black Monstaliner in the bed, the lowers, and in the gap lines along the body/bed. Should look nice and clean and make it look less like a fleet/work truck. I'd definitely keep the chrome grill, fits that era and white would look like some flatbiller bull****.

Jeep spice in the same places would look good as well and fit with what they did on the next generation Fords. I'd only do that if the interior was tan though.

Do it black. Its a risk to hope the white would match.

interior is charcoal color.
bedliner is planned for the bed. as is a front winch bumper and nice steps. (but budget and stupid stuff like that is in the way)
my grill is chrome and i do like it but the faded chalky grey plastic in between drives me nuts. i also could try and hit it with a heat gun to see what happens
and i absolutely hate that az plate, but the truck was in a two plate state and it looks better than the empty holes.

I say you spent it wisely. Now go spend the house payment on more ammo...
