Not really. It's got a couple positive leads you attach to the battery or the PDC power stud, then you unplug the factory lights, plug in the driver's side factory plug to the harness (for signal) and plug in the harness plugs and grounds to the lights.

Routing the wires from driver's to passengers is the hardest part but there's several ways to go. I pulled the header panel off by undoing the nuts behind the headlight doors and along the top last time, but when I did the putco I just dragged it behind the header panel with a coat hangar

How do people hold the LED pods in place against the insides of JCR bumpers? I want to make some holes in my DIY kit and add corner led pods

I've always wondered it. I think there's tabs inside. I'll stop by JCR one of these days. Lol

So I'm craning down a large oak tree in a backyard and couldn't help but notice a metalic green 99 XJ limited sitting at the back corner of the property. Me being me I had to try to purchase it . Talked to homeowner and was told it does not run (duh, it's sitting in your backyard with a 3 yr old inspection) and I also noticed the rockers were rotting bad. Offered him $500 and he was almost insulted. "Oh no I'm going to get it fixed for the winter..." So I walk away. A few minutes later I see him again and ask "Just out of curiosity, what number would make consider selling it? " Oh I'd have to get a few THOUSAND dollars for it." Yet another savable XJ that will rot away to nothing.... F'ing stupid people. Merry Christmas all.
