Still sounds like something's wrong with the Tcase to me, my Toyota can go 2wd to FT to PT to 2wd without even making as much as a sound. Even while driving, I bet a brand new 242 would do the same.

Got up and got some coffee and decided to take care of some stuff on the MJ today. Started raining as soon as I stepped outside.

Might be picking up an RC track bar and tie rod for pretty cheap. Not the biggest RC fan but it's better than stock and under $100 for both.

I would have given you mine for free when I was in VA. It's worse than stock lol

Which or both? Trackbar bracket doesn't look all that beefy but I can always fix that.

I'm not expecting much but I figured $40 each was worth the risk.

Both, the tie rod can be bent by hand but it's a model that RC doesn't make anymore.

I have terrible luck with steering, first the RC junk and then that fiasco with the RR 1 ton job. I'm gonna switch to a RHD drag link and ZJ rod and call it a day. Maybe do a TRE flip.

I was going to go with the IRO OTK setup but I dunno if I really feel like spending $350+ on it.

Yea that's a lot of money to spend on D30 steering, my RR steering is huge but sucks ***. The tubes are bigger around than my rear axle shafts lol

All they changed was the shape of the edge lugs, but they do have a wider footprint than the KO1.
