Greased the **** out of my slip yolk, and got rid of the banging/slapping/whatever on take off.
(was only happening when going from dead stopped to "holy ****, hold on")

It took me way longer to fix that than it should have.

Replaced all the u-joints, even though they felt fine
All the bearings, even though they were only two years old.
Ect ect.

Wound up being $1.50 worth of grease, son of a *****.

Let the bastard sit there while it rained. Gonna put my extended brake line on out back and run it as is for a while. Tired of it taking all my money.

Gotta love having the doors off, or in my case the tube doors on, and getting caught in the rain, nothing like giant garbage bags and bungee cords for the seats, and fishing overalls and a rain jacket! Fun stuff.

Pushed my front axle forward 1.5" to clear my tires at full stuff to keep it out of the cab fender. Also, it gives better coil spring angle and approach angle a bit

It stayed relatively dry and I have a nice gortex rain jacket and pants, so I stayed dry as well.

I managed to wet sand all of the oversprayed liner off the top half of my buddies Jeep. Now it's really black and yellow

Flushed the coolant for a bit. Seems clogged up somewhere. Still getting a rusty paste under the radiator cap. Going to flush out the heater core real good tomorrow or Friday.

Also debated on whether or not to weld up the rear axle. Think I'm going to do that this weekend as well.

The gutters on XJs work surprisingly well in the rain as long as it's coming straight down and not blowing in. I only get wet from the rain from what my tires throw because they're only half covered and I don't have a noodle stuffed in my fender.

I'm sitting here wishing I'd stuck a tarp over mine right now. It's raining it's *** off. On the plus side my back seat gets a little cleaner every time it rains now lol

Not exactly XJ related... More off road rated. For anyone who plays PC games, check this out.

http://store.steampowered.com/app/263280/

This game is called SPINTIRES. Looks amazing. Has actual terrain deformation, winches, etc. Just watch the trailer. Looks AMAZING.
