I've always run about 15 psi. I can't get even wear unless I do.

a guy at a local 4wd shop tried to tell me my 33s should be aired to 35lbs.. I run 23-27 and that seems to wear even and ride fair

Most of those tireshop jockeys don't know any better. They just assume every tire needs to be at 35psi. When i bought new tires for my wifes car from a local shop, they came at 35psi. The first thing i did when i got home was air them down to 28psi. For a light passenger car, 35psi was way too much.

I run my 35" MTRs at 24ish PSI, and that seems to work pretty good.

This. My 33x12.5 probably do better around the same psi since they measure bigger than other 33s. Not sure why they just do. I even get asked about it a lot when i say they are 33s

That seems extremely low to me.

Completely stock, and keeping it that way...

Very nice. Do you have a throttle plate to go with? Where'd you snag that from?

Yeah I lasered one out a work for it and just had it laying around for months. My buddy works at a machine shop building engines. And he did it for me. True friends give jeep parts haha it should help compliment the 4.6 stroker nicely
