I dunno if this is the best thread to ask this but i didn'tfeel it necessaryto start a new post...
That's on the very high end. And kind of hard to believe

What parts are in it? I see what looks like 505's rockers

This looks all too familiar... Lol except I pulled an engine trans and tcase all still bolted up and dropped them in all still bolted up since I was doing a whole drivetrain swap and being lazy.

Anyhow today on mine finally installed my brand new clearwater cylinder head and almost finished tying up the rest of the engine bay

I did the least exciting thing imaginable - I put the spare back up on the roof rack after having it off for a bit to transport a bunch of wood (hooray home projects)

pirate 4x4 is all the sudden blocvked in afghanistan

put an offer on some axles there, but the 60 is sold

If the 44 is still up though i called dibs on it

hp 44 driver drop, 513 gears, detroit locker, hi steer, warn hubs, set up for hydro assist

So many people to thank here's a start to the list
Spidertrax, Yukon, rustys, warn, branik, PSC, advance adapters, Bad wheels, interco, essentially off-road. And many more

Most of all thanks too Ian Johnson and the xtreme off-road crew for all their work, and 4 wheel to heal for their part in it too.

it would've been alot easier to be honest.. esp when it comes to bolting the motor back onto the bell housing.. There is no room between the motor and the firewall hardly to get the top 3 bolts on. In fact, i found out later that my "friends: who helped me put my motor in failed to put them in ( on purpose) and now I have a tranny leak somewhere.

They were a pain, but I just pulled the crossmember, and lowered the tranny and engine to give me more room...

yeah once you pull that crossmember and undo the motor mounts you get a lil more room but i snagged an 00 xj for 600 with a smoked tranny and blown motor but a perfect body so i went total swap then ended up rebuilding my donor motor anyways lol.

Ahh i just wish i had a garage of my own to work out of... then I would be so much more motivated to take on bigger projects... as it is.. i may need to drop the motor / tranny to fix the leak or Im going to have to throw more money at it getting a shop to do it for me.. sigh...
