Nice, joining the club. My 1" drop works well enough for now. I found a DS on craigslist, rebuilt and all. Can't be more than $50 from a JY though. XJ front shafts work too

Thanks for the help I'll be searching the yards soon, how is it that the xj front works? It looks tiny haha maybe I'm just imagining things

You're talking about using it with the SYE right? It's got a good amount of extension

Over the last two days, got the drivetrain in and after buying some fluids and miscellaneous stuff, I got it started today...well, not really. Turns out that only 2 out of the the 6 injectors are firing. One is spraying okay and one is just spitting a little. Fuel pressure is within spec and holds when cranking. Might pick up a noid light or something of the sort to check the wiring before I spring for new/old injectors. Oh the frustration.

unless you are running a dropped pitman arm with that, you will want to re-drill that hole up higher, and cut the excess off the bottom of that bracket.

I've read of people doing that but at my height i think it looks right. Draglink and tb are parallel and i have no bumpsteer i can detect. Never ran a double shear before so i could be way off.
