Got a free oil change from the local Jeep dealership (Facebook special).

They did an inspection on my Jeep.

Steering Stabilizer will need replaced this year as it is leaking.
Also something about the sway bar links (don't remember exactly, just that the free disconnects I am getting will take care of 99% of it and then the upper bushign that is dry rotted).

I was getting some vibes from the shaft they sent me, so they sent UPS to my door, and they picked it up. The guys at Tom Woods rebalanced, and regreased it, and made it even better. (At no cost.) Vibes are gone.
Compared to stock.

Damn, thats a pretty beefy shaft. Once i get the dough ill probably go with tom woods.

Washed it, finally installed my Jeep Forum sticker, put on the sticker for my girlfriend's roller derby league, and used the last of the weatherstripping I bought to tighten up the seal around my driver's side B pillar. Need to take it on the interstate to see how much the road noise is reduced, but I won't know for sure if it's solved until I wash it again.

On the docket: inspection then re-glue the rear view mirror if the crack in the windshield passes, otherwise I'll just let the glass shop put the mirror back on.

2001 Patriot Blue Cherokee Sport, only "mods" so far have been to fix some of the problems it came with.

I got a flat in the snow (fallen branch in a snow bank). Found out that my bottle jack isn't tall enough for my lift.

As of right now I have three 31" tires and the stock dounut. It looks so sad.

Trying to swap on some stock TJ wheels next week. Anyone have a pic of an XJ with stock TJ wheels?

Whats the deal with this? I'm in the market for an OME lift and any savings would be awesome.

Does that work? I've been debating about fixing my full size spare or just going with the donut.

It does, sort of. It can't be good for the diff though. Now I'm worried the wheel/tire combo I'm picking up from e-bay isn't going to fit. lol
