bushings are 6.99 each (youll see im selling the brand new ones i bought in the classifieds cheaper than that)

shackles were like 25 or 27$ shipped

painted my middle dash piece, re-bent my bumper and reapplied bed liner, touched up bed liner on front bumper, jeep wash, and reorganized the back, quite productive day

Just collecting parts at the moment. There is always somebody unloading dana 44 parts for cheap on pirate, so I just pick up what others dont need anymore for a good price. The plan is to have all the brackets, brakes, and stuff first. Once I get a job, Ill plung into my savings for some 4.88s or 5.13s depending on tire size (undecided between 33s and 35s) and either OX lockers front and rear, or OX up front and Full case Detroit out back.

Searched forums and CL trying to find a replacement D30 or axle upgrades, so I can get the HEEP back up and running.

I found a dana 44 rear with 5:13's full drum to drum for 25 bucks, gunna call the guy tomorow and see if he still has it

So many people to thank here's a start to the list
Spidertrax, Yukon, rustys, warn, branik, PSC, advance adapters, Bad wheels, interco, essentially off-road. And many more

Most of all thanks too Ian Johnson and the xtreme off-road crew for all their work, and 4 wheel to heal for their part in it too.

Thats is an unbelievable deal. I'd make sure the insides arent blown up though. Of course for 25 bucks you could resell the housing and still double your money.

edit: what is it out of?

AGH. So frustrating. As I said in the last page, it turned out I need the other side stub axle as well. One side was cracked, and the driver's side is stretched (u-joint was actually FALLING out of the ear!)... no parts place has any, I don't want to buy used because it could already be fatigued too even if it isn't stretched yet...

so I called the dealership. What I bought for $60 NEW at a shop, the dealer wants $266 just for the stub shaft. Whaaaaaaat? Guess the Jeep sits until Monday when the shop gets another shaft in. So much for snow wheeling this weekend.
