So many people to thank here's a start to the list
Spidertrax, Yukon, rustys, warn, branik, PSC, advance adapters, Bad wheels, interco, essentially off-road. And many more

Most of all thanks too Ian Johnson and the xtreme off-road crew for all their work, and 4 wheel to heal for their part in it too.

drove it to work then to eat lunch with the gf. on the way home tonight, got pulled over by a cop for my missing tail light and my signals not working. then he started talking about my lift height and bumper height to high. then we started BSing about offroading haha. no tickets but i think a drop bumper is in order. also bought a turn signal switch so theres $40 and then sent the money out and bought a set of wiring harnesses for the tails off a forum member for $25. its been an expensive week..especially with the $60 in tail lights. someone make me an offer on my tail light boxes!

Replaced the alternator, washed down the engine compartment. Drove it around for a while. Realized that the electric fan does work now that I have a fan clutch that works properly. Now I just need to get used to the temp gauge running at 200 instead of 180. Tranny fluid change, and coolant is in the near future. New shocks when I install CA drop brackets.

Hold my beer and watch this!!!

Went to bedline my rear bumper but couldn't get the endcaps off... I took the bolt in back and on front out but it felt like something was still holding it in the middle. And whats the best way to fix rust? i have some starting just above the drivers side rear endcap thats just showing through the paint now... if anyone can help me out that would be great.. Thanks

if rust isn't too bad you can just grind it down, but the best way to take care of it once the cancer is spreading and eating everything.... CUT IT OUT! and replace with new metal.

here's how it looks w/o it (which i am digging). Also see my bottlecap project which i am covering that whole back portion of my cargo box w/ various beer bottlecaps.

That's gonna be pretty sweet looking motown - I'd be interested in how that turns out - are you just ordering one cloth to cover the whole thing?

Changed the oil and filter. Just got the Jeep, and wowww was that oil dirttyyyy. Also, looked in the coolant overflow, and saw what looked like dirty water? Yeahhh, about that - definitely doing a coolant flush next weekend!

Kept wishing I had a tube bender

Picked up a Mopar OEM style brush bar for the front bumper and a set of charcoal leather seats out of and off of a 1992 Cherokee Limited. The body on this thing was perfect, no rust at all...he is wrecking it.

I am going to ask around if anyone wants it, he will likely sell it cheap. I have to pick up the seats this weekend, got too dark and we were having a BEYOTCH of a time getting the mounting brackets off of the 92.

How difficult is it to put 1992 power seats on my stock set of manual rails in my truck? I really hate power seats.

ooh, I would trade you my WJ leather seats for those. I don't think the '92 XJ seats will mount on your brackets without a lot of modification. The WJ seats would though. That would be a lot less modifying for BOTH of us.
