yesterday i swamped my XJ up to the top of my bumpers so when i got home i yanked the carpet to let it dry. it would also appear my ECM got wet, again, so i spent the day with a blow dryer and compressed air try to get my jeep to run better and shift outta first. seems to be much better, but still a rough idle. ill let the ECM dry out in a bag of rice over night

finished spraying the bed with U-POL Raptor bedliner and cleaning all of the trim pieces to get them ready to throw back in.

Now I have a problem. I thought I was going to fit some WJ leather seats in there, but now I'm looking at them and my brain isn't working. SO, do I beat my head against the wall and get them to fit and THEN get the wiring right, so the electric seats work? or do I just say **** it and get some new seat covers for the original seats... hahahaha

Well, not anymore.

I opened up the steering column and pulled my SKIM.

Tomorrow, I'm going to swap in a spare PCM that came with the Jeep as hopefully resolving my no start issue. Or atleast eliminate a failed SKIM as the culprit.

Finally got my spare mounted properly. Built a new CB antenna mount. Fixed my sagging doors with these (http://www.mcmaster.com/#6338k453/=7tniks) Made a nut strip to fix a broken crossmember bolt. Started taking measurements to figure how much steel I need to do rockers.

On the 4th there were no parking spots left in the lot by the boat ramp so I made my own and parked on a tree stump. This guy in a Toyota suv tried to do the same and slipped into a ditch haha. I asked if he needed help but he got himself out a couple minutes later
