Using Spotify with Uconnect?

Hey guys, anyone hear use Spotify music with a Uconnect 430/430N or similar? Does the song information come up and work properly for you guys? I bought music through iTunes and listened to it via. Bluetooth for the longest time but tried switching to Spotify because it’s cheaper and more convenient. Listening through the Apple Music app, never had a problem. Spotify after maybe 10 songs and a few clicks of the next button, “No info” lines the screen and won’t work again until the car is turned off and Spotify is closed and reopened. I have the most recent version of Spotify and an iPhone 11 so not really outdated. Looking for some similar issues or any tricks people have like a third party Spotify player..I don’t know. Thanks in advance

I get the no info lines when I play podcasts using PocketCast on my Android Pixel 3XL. The first podcast will display the information but the next one usually displays the no info. I think it has to do with Bluetooth and the app you are using not talking to uConnect properly. If I turn the radio off and back on then select media after about 30 seconds the podcast information displays. I found Android Auto sometimes helps the information display when I move to the next podcast. This probably doesn't help you with an iPhone though.

Yeah, at least I’m not the only one so I guess it isn’t my software. I’m going to try reaching out to Spotify and see what they can do but I’m 95% sure I already know their answer lol. I’ll let you know what they say
