Rear seat bolts - how to prevent them from rusting when reassembling them

I took out the rear seats and the bolts are pretty rusted at the tip. I will put them back in so I won't loose them and also to prevent water/debris from coming thru the bolt holes. What to use to prevent the bolts from rusting?

I'm afraid whatever I put on the thread of the bolts will probably be removed when they get turned thru the bolt holes. Another thought I had was to paint them from the underside of the wrangler but the thing is I can't paint all of them. Some of them are not accessible as they are blocked.

Anyone got some ideas for me?

TIA

Never seize. That stuff gets everywhere and doesn't come off.

So no anti-seize. Another thought is maybe using plastic bolts? I just need to plug the holes so nothing will get in.

Never seize, anti-seize...same thing. Why would you not use something designed for the exact job you're doing?
