Off Roading in Nj

Does anyone know of any 'legal' places to go off road in Nj? Preferably in Hunterdon/ Warren County.

Wharton state forest in south Jersey has some nice primitive sand roads

yes they are roads,although primitive. you can get info from the rangers.
