He's asking about a hard top hoist.

I built mine from scratch with random harbor freight, home depot, and stuff laying around the garage and it worked alright. I just redid it at my new house, and other than that dimensionally it ended up being impossible (well, there are options but none of them are awesome) it works great. That said, if I were starting with nothing I'd buy the lange simple hoist. It's very similar to what I ended up with and not terribly expensive

Lighten up Francis.

Never had a typo that you missed, Jack?

Not on my first post anywhere.
As slow as I type, they are extremely rare.

Harken has a nice kit. I installed it in a few hours. Just spend a little extra time to get the lines positioned correctly at the corners.

Building the right way for 37s.

I'm pretty happy with my simple Racor storage rack. Amazon prime, was maybe $125 at the time, easy to install and use.

Kev M is "RIGHT ON"--

The RACOR is the easiest/most balanced/multi use hoist around--

You can lift your hard top and still store a lotta stuf on the RACOR at the same time-

I've been using mine for over 9 years, no problems--great stuff-

Good luck
