Back seat seatbelt missing

We are newbies with our first keep. TJ wrangler Sahara 2000. No seatbelts and back seat not bolted down. Is that normal?
Thanks. Gregg

The rear seat would be a "fold and tumble" type seat. It would not be bolted down, it's meant to fold up and be able to be taken out altogether with no tools.
There should be seat belts. The buckle end should be bolted to the floor and roll bar, the receiver ends should be attached to just the floor.

Ive bought from deadjeep.com. They are also on eBay as deadjeep. Great customer service. If your buying anything that may be exposed to salt like exterior parts, ask them to send pics of the exact item you are buying to make sure it looks good. I had issues with a pair of door mirrors where the eBay pic looked good but the part was badly corroded. After two tries, they finally refunded the whole price to make me happy. Like I said, great customer service. You should be good buying the seatbelts you need.

The rear seat should have brackets/hinges at the front and a latch at the rear if it it a fold and tumble.
