.AX15 overheating

I swapped my 88 Peugeot with a ax15, used Pennzoil Synchromesh, (I guess that's the right name). The tran/ floor gets VERY hot ! Should I go with redline fluid mt90 , or other suggestions ?

What model do you have? I would post this question to the technical forum of your model/year.

You will get more help that way.

The AX trannys, 5&15, didn't spec synchromesh, rather a GL4 lube, and yes, MT90 fits the bill.

I am multi-talented, I can talk and piss you off at the same time.
