How much air should I keep in my 33"x15 tires?

Varies on a number of factors. Additional equipment like aftermarket bumpers, winch, tire carrier, etc. installed on the Jeep add weight. Different tires have different sidewall ratings. These all change what the appropriate amount of air pressure would be.
Search youtube for "tire chalk test" to figure out the appropriate pressure for your setup.

I spent a good amount of time answering the same question for me (smaller tires than yours). There is the chalk test - it was inconclusive for me. There are various online calculators which consider a variety of factors. Ultimately, I looked up the minimum recommended air pressure for my tire model/size (35psi for me), the load rating for which far exceeds the weight of my Jeep. Tires are wearing nicely, I have a comfortable highway ride, and not bad mpg.
