Warranty on CPO JGC

I'm considering looking at a CPO car. I know you can get the Chrysler extended warranty, and I bet they'll push it hard! What's a reasonable price to pay for Maximum Care? I remember a few years ago there was someone at some dealer in the middle of nowhere who'd sell warranties at cost because s/he was winning sales competitions for volume every year :-D

Depends on year and miles, but I got Maxcare 7yr/100k mi. for 2300 USD on our new 19 Trailhawk. Moparfactoryplans.com has the best prices Iíve found anywhere, so be sure to shop them, too. You donít have to buy from your dealership.

Thanks, but that domain is "parked".

I've always been a little wary of domains like that anyhow. I very much doubt I'm buying from FCA, and I'm very wary of third-party plans. I got badly screwed by one that never wound up covering anything. There was always an excuse. I want to buy directly from a dealer and know that what I'm getting is a real factory warranty, not some cheeseball third-party who's trying to look like they are.

I believe he was talking about Chryslerfactoryplans.com

That's the Zeigler group, who sell genuine mopar plans for usually less than the dealer.

Get a quote from them and see if your dealer will match it. That's what I did when I bought my Trailhawk and my dealer matched their quote.

02 WJ Laredo, heavily optioned but stock

Thank you! This is what I meant.

And they are a dealership group, so it will be the same thing you get from your dealer. Also, CPO’s often already come with a better warranty, so you may not need anything additional.
