Interested in 99 XJ GOOD DEAL? Or not?

Interested In this 99 XJ Cherokee. Never owned a jeep so I have no idea whether this is a good deal or not. Has so many aftermarket parts and I don't know what they are all worth. All I know is that pretty much everything has been done to it that you would want to do to an XJ. His asking price seems a little steep but then again it does have a ton of aftermarket parts. Let me know what you all think! Also if you guys could give me any info about stuff to look out for
When buying an XJ. Thanks!

Owners who excessively modify their jeeps always seem to want to recoup the expense of modifications when they sell it. In reality, lifts, etc. etc.etc do not increase the value of any vehicle, and in fact, may decrease the worth. If you took this cherokee to a dealership and tried to trade it in they would just laugh at you. A buyer would have to WANT to have all those modifications to pay what this owner is asking. Way too high. Check 99 XJ values at Edmunds, NADA and/or Kelleys Blue Book to find out the true market value of this Jeep. At that point I would offer less because you cannot know the quality of the mods nor the expertise of the installer.

Hey guys, there is NO SUCH THING as RPMS. There is NO "S" in RPM.
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but not nearly as much as ignorance.
