So, I’m looking to buy a 2000 Wrangler Sport. It doesn’t have the hard top or full doors but I’ve found both the top and doors off a 97 TJ. Will everything fit correctly? The top is also cracked on the back corner. Will that be a problem or is it easily fixable?
The top and doors will fit but always remember that the body of the 2000 may have been tweaked a bit over the years from wheeling or a wreck or whatever and can still cause issues. I put on 97 TJ full doors and a 2000 TJ hardtop on my 98 TJ. I also kept my 98 half doors and added door uppers with hard windows instead of the zipper windows and used them with the hardtop. The crack would be the real issue as those tops are plastic and not fiberglass. You can use some caulk to squeeze in the crack from both sides once you get it on the Jeep and it's bolted down. But that crack may get larger as you take the top off all the time.

If you've got the jeep - you can try drilling out the crack on each end - small hole - like an 1/8" - buy a new bit or sharpen it so you drill straight and true. I've found that for plastic, SUGRU works REALLY well to make cracks 'vanish' and watertight as well. Just make sure you find the right color - clean the area with something like a cloth with a little bit of chlorine-free brake cleaner or xylene so that the SUGRU will hold/adhere.
