Did I spend too much$

Hey all I’ve not been on here in very long time. To say I’m a noob is an understatement LOL
Even though I’ve had fun with a simple TJ with sad 4” lift with 33’s and limited wheeling for 12 years I have much to learn.

Ok to the point.......
I just picked up a SICK 2008 JK 2 door sport with 50k.
Have no idea what I have. It’s got a long arm kit with coilovers fox shocks in rear. 1 tons with D44’s front and back. Arb locker in rear only. Evo skids in rear for shock mounts. Crazy welded trusses with holes on top both front and rear axels. Not sure of lift size, poison spyder stuff everywhere warn 8k recovery sitting on procomp 40’s. Poison spyder stinger. Line-x paint job inside and out. Banks header and exhaust. B&M shifter arb compressor under hood. Lots of rigid industries LED’s nice sound system. Seats are heated power leather out of a wrx. LED’ for all lighting. The rear seems cut and not stock at all. I don’t know what it’s called but the gas filler neck has been relocated. I’m sure there is more.

The bad. Every light on dash is on but thing runs mint. No DW or anything 6 speed stick goes 75 on highway no problem.

Sound like I know what I have but not so much.
But I saw it and I HAD to have it Plus my TJ frame is u drivable

I need to know I made a good choice and didn’t pay too much
If I can figure out how to post some pics I will do so to help this inquiry further.
Any input good or bad I’ll listen
Thanks everyone ✌

Pics and price paid added $15k

The list I provided is speculation by way of seller and what I can see with my own eyes. A friend said the diffs look bigger than d44ís. Idk
Any help would be great

yes devil dog it looks like a stout build from my point of view I just donít have enough experience to know what it all means and if I spent more than sheís worth makes my TJ look like a tonka toy. WHat would be a realistic price to pay for it. Btw itís the pic in my avatar. I literally just got it the hot day

@marinetoflyboy odd that your topic asks if you spent too much, yet you didn't post the price you paid for it.

more then odd, since he did not give a price.

then he distracts with a red herein. i was in the service bro. what the flush does that have to do with a jeep and the fact you cant tell a d44 from a d60. if its on 40s it best be on at least on d60s. it as well would need full hydro steering. it will get under 12mpg. you dont sound like you know your way around a wrench and this type jeep you better be or pay someone that can.

dude i think you are in over your head. I will guess you paid to much by 2x. No locker in the front? and its on tons and 40s? No hydro steering. 2 door long arm is a bolt on junk fest. to do a Jk right you need to move the fuel tank.. to run 40s on two door it must be comp cut and needs a wheel base of at least 105" and Full width axles or you end up with a jeep that will do worse then the guy on 35s done right. a clown car... 2door at the most can run 37 with its 95.5" wheel base and even those you need to set up as long as you can and that with out cutting is 97"..

My guess is you paid way too much. It's a 2 Dr 08 with a 3.8L motor. No mention of what gears are in it, nothing about if it has upgraded steering, no pictures and no price. All of the upgrades hold little value and if you paid much more than $12K, you paid too much.

It can't be tons on D44 axles, they have to be D60's to be tons and you will not have 5 lug wheels if it's on tons.

To run 37's right, you need to spend lots of $$$$, to run 40's, make that $$$$$$$$$.

So, what did you pay for it? You haven't said that.

here is pic off the web of a 2 door comp cut 1 tons. they end up looking as such at that point. on 40s. not saying this one is the best example. But hey at least its a pic.

the cost to build something close to this type jeep is...if you have to ask you can not afford it. they wont make a good Daily driver. They are a lot of fun on real hard trails. But not as good as a Buggy ever on them. So why buy one over the other? Unless its for look at me.

Believe it has comp cut. I agree Iím over my head but I do all my own wrenching for years. I just wanted an upgrade and I thought with the equipment mods and so on plus low miles it was worth the $15.
If I knew everything I wouldnít be here asking
