Alway's wanted one, may have found one

I found this jeep for sale online. The seller is local to me so I can see the vehicle before I buy it. It seems to have a bunch of mod's done to it which is what I'm looking for in a toy vehicle. My concern is it has 175,000 miles on it.
Should that be a concern? I'm not to familiar with the 4.0 inline six and it's longevity. I've spoken to the owner and he's come down in price for me already. Any opinions?

here is some info from the add

Spice Hartop with deep tinted windows and rear defogger, Surider Softtop tan in color, BORLA exhaust from the engine manifold back to the tail pipe, K&N Air Intake system, 2 month old rebuilt axles with 4.11 gears and the rear axle is completely rebuilt off of '98 ford Explorer with DISC BRAKES (Value of $2,700), 4 inch Pro Comp lift kit, with 5 33X12.50 Xterrain and 6 (yes 6) AE alloy rims all weather, Bestop rear carrier and tow hitch with rear driving lights. CD/DVD/MP3/ in dash 7.5 inch TFT Screen with Ipod cable, 4 tweeters and 4 speakers Polk and Infiniti types. HiLift jack included on bumper also. Optima Deep cell battery. Ungo Alarm with starter kill, Motion Sensor, and interior radar doppler for when the top is off!! I brought this jeep on my 21st Birthday I'm older know and I'm getting the 4 door version of mine. I have treated this jeep excellent. I have driven cross country with it, to the moutains for biking and snowboarding and hiking alike thus the high miles. I hope that you will enjoy this as I did. I love this Jeep and treated it equally. This Jeep runs like the day I brought it all work done at Jeep dealerships. Great Jeep!! You drive it and you'll see

Not sure how to get pics here but It looks to be in very good condition

if the 4.0 was taken care of relatively well it will last you a lot longer. i know people with 300k on their 4.0's and say they run just like the day they got the jeep. so like i said if the PO took care of it the motor should have quite a bit of life left.

on a side note you can find a referb 4.0 for pretty much dirt cheap and their relatively easy to come by.
