Thinking that is a C$ number, price seems ok compared to prices around here in the Heartland.

My opinion: overpriced. This summer I bought a 05 TJ Rocky Mountain edition 29K for $13,400. I did wait out the dealer for 90 days and watched it sit until they dropped the price from $18K. Not sure where you are but I would look around. Ive bought two Jeeps $3-4000 below asking price.

I can already tell you OP that it has a Dana 35 rear. In order to get the Dana 44 they had to have the 30" tire group back then on 2004.
Less of course the previous owner had the 30" tire group on there and just switched out the rims/tires for the ones you see on it currently.

Times are tough, you should be able to get it cheaper than that because it is definately a buyer's market. I bought a one owner, never wheeled '05 Rubicon in excellent shape with only 35k miles for $15k earlier this year in a private party deal. I'm sure there are better deals out there to be had.

Didn't even notice it was CDN$. But it appears to be at a dealership so if they are asking 14k they will most likely take a good bit less to move it. Do some haggling.

It's winter, I wouldn't pay more than $12,500
Been paying attention to prices in Ont as I have a buddy looking now, been seeing 04's around that mileage for around $12k at dealers (around Kitchener)

It seems a little high to me too. You should price it out on Edmunds.com.

Check out these prices for example

05 with 70k for $13k, and they have a few more

I'm sure you can get a better price
