so i have some questions and have come to the experts.
the vehicle in the title is what i am looking at. and its mint.
are there any issues i should be concerned with? for instance,
i was told to avoid the 4.7l v8. why? since this will be my first

nothing wrong with the 04 WJ's. last of the solid front axles on the grands. 4.7 is a fine motor. the quadrtec II is a all time 4wd. you have 4hi and 4lo.
good rigs

I have had my WJ since 99 and have not had any major problems with it. I have the 4.7 and it has 143k on it and it is still running strong.
