4.0 liter inline 6 - serviced at intervals of 3k - optima yellow top battery - new rear main seal and oil pan gasket 2016
Exhaust flows from dual 2-1/2 to single 2-1/4” through a glass pack red hot muffler then dumped at rear axle. “Mild loud”
Flow Kooler water pump swapped for better cooling
Automatic transmission- fluid and filter changed at 60k (due at 120k)
NP231 S-SYE - fluid changed to 5w-30 - electronic adjustable speedometer recalibration module - “mounted inside under dash driver side” - Teraflex adjustable rod shift linkage
3” Rustys offroad coils front and rear
2” DOM long arm radius arms up front. 2” DOM 4 link short arm rear - adjustable front and rear trac bars
1-1/2” .25 wall DOM 1 ton steering setup from ballistic fabrication - “tie rod flip kit”
1 ton swap - both axles sandblasted and coated prior installation-
1995 F350 Dana 60 front axle “full width” Artec Industries truss- all 1/4” steel brackets - 5.13:1 gears - new bearings, seals, ball joints etc timken and spicer parts only used - new calipers - new rotors FOMOCO HD pads stainless extended braided brake lines - open differential - 35 spline inner shafts
1999 E350 rear Dana 60 full float rear axle “full width” Artec Industries truss- all 1/4” steel brackets - 5.13:1 gears - new bearings, seals, etc timken and spicer parts only used - new calipers - new rotors FOMOCO pads - stainless braided brake lines - Open differential - 32 spline axles
Custom driveshafts front and rear by action machine
24 bolt military rims sandblasted and powder coated. “Re-centered” to clear massive 2 pin calipers on all four corners of the jeep - wrapped in a 37” military Baja bfg great tread life left. “80%” “wheels not balanced”
Interior is in great shape, hot heat and ice cold A/C - no rips or tears in seats “front and rear” - carpet also in great shape - new windshield in 2017 due to stress crack - rustys offroad front tube fenders painted to match - with re-worked inner fender liners
Front and rear bumpers reworked and powder coated black.
Best top soft top with tinted windows in great shape - no rips and or tears
⁃I will include :
⁃four military run flats rims for the double bead lock feature of these awesome rims.
⁃Also a flat pitman arm for more uptravel of the front suspension if needed - jeep has adjustable “puck” bump stops upfront
⁃Set of clear windows for the soft top with window storage bag
Jeep runs and drives great - will do 70 mph on the interstate smoothly for being a 1 ton jeep. Would drive this jeep anywhere.
Rides like a Jeep. So don’t expect a soft Cadillac ride.
