Do you REALLY think you're supposed to get back every penny you ever spent on that thing?

If it's worth doing, it's worth OVERdoing

I've been looking at LJ's a LOT recently and I have some comments

1. 4.5" RE front long-arm kit in front. RE short arm kit in back. - why the half *** lift?
2. Stock rear Dana 44, not sure on locker. - you really don't know it if has a locker??
7. Atlas II 3.8 transfer case, new. - Awesome!
14. Cheap Ebay winch up front, works great, remote and wired connection. - bleh
22. 35" tires, front are new, half tread on back. - more half *** stuff

23. $32,000 - REALLY?

LJ's are not as rare as people seem to think, and there are amazing ones with coilovers, one tons, etc. at $20-25k out there.

The only rare ones are the Rubi/Hara's that were numbered. But even those the ones that will retain most value. Low miles all stock. basically boxed up new and put away. The issue with these type vehicles is all that value is in the fact its has no miles. You drive it as DD and rack up the miles that value is gone. Collectors buy and garage as its more of an investment.

Lj has rather popular, so much so we then see the JKU next with its 117" wheel base, more room sales boom. Rubicons were fewer and Rubi hara was 1-1000. Jeeps are getting larger every decade.
