Trying to choose....

Hey all,

I have a 2021 JL Rubi. As soon as I save up the money I was thinking of going with a 2.0" Mopar lift (to save my warranty). Here is my internal battle. I cannot decide between BF Goodrich KO2 35" or Nitto Ridge Grappler 35"? Anyone have any experience or thoughts on these two? I will be using it as a daily driver and weekend trails.

Thanks!

FYI, installing a Mopar lift is no different in regards to your warranty than any other lift.
Any lift, no matter who sells it, can affect certain warranty claims if a failure is directly related to that lift. No lift will ever completely "void" your warranty.
And that "Mopar" lift isn't actually made by them, it's just a re-branded aftermarket kit. Buying it from Mopar just means you'd be paying an extra mark-up for having their name on the packaging.

I'm looking at the same 2 tires. From the research I've done I think I'm going with the Ridge Grapplers. I prefer the aggressive look to them over the K02's so that's based on preference. Also all i've seen and heard they are good street tires also and not all that loud. I will preface this with I AM NO EXPERT! But just coming from an enthusiast and fellow jeep owner.

Both tires you mentioned have very solid road manners as well as doing well offroad. Which tire is best for you depends on where and how you drive and what you are looking for in your next set of tires.

If we can help please let us know.

Trying to choose

I have a 2020 Gladiator Rubicon and just installed the Nitto 35’s with Mopar 2” lift. I absolutely love the whole set up. No road noise, no road drift, with a great ride. I honestly feel it drives better now than before when it was on Falken 33’s.

I'd do the Nittos.

Also, check out the Clayton 2.5" kit. I settled on this lift after looking around. I like that it comes with adjustable track bars, adjustable uppers, and adjustable sway bar links. Nice for dialing things in. About the same price as the Mopar lift but does not include shocks. I don't have mine yet though, so no real world experience I can comment on.
