Look at #8 in the stalling link in my sig. Did you do this? Making sure you cleaned all the grounds.

New pcm should be here any day now, thanks kolak for your help and working on it through the holiday. Was just wondering if there are any steps on installing this that i am missing are is it just plug n play, like do i need to get it reflashed at the dealership? Just want to get this right so the wife can have her Jeep back, she is going through withdrawals lol

Well it came today, out with the old and in with the new. Started right up and drove great i will keep this post updated but i really think this was it the wife was having to drive with two feet just to keep it running to and from to work and when i went to replace it the box was pritty hot for some reason. I really hope this is it and we can really start enjoying this Jeep and not just working on it

Which PCM did you get from Kolak, the OEM version or the performance version? Do you know what brand it is as well?

Glad you got her fixed. I've said before that a bad PCM is like a cheating woman. It will lie to you at every turn and you WANT to believe her. As soon as you begin to trust her again, she lets you down....again. She can never be truthful...it's just not in her nature, so the best solution is to kick her to the curb and replace her. There are 1000's of them out there waiting. Some lie ( most) some dont. The fun is in testing them, but if you let her have your heart ( as we do our ZJs), she'll own you and abuse you.... until you've had enough.

Stalling

I've done a lot of the things on the 12-step list. Will be working on it again tomorrow. Mine is definitely worse when it's not as cold and when there is more humidity. Does that point to something in particular?

Don't get any humidity in so Cal so i have no idea on that, but my problem just kept getting worse and worse even though i was replacing and fixing stuff on the 12 steps, even found some wires broken in the harness but nothing seemed to fix the stalling and hesitating. Wiggling the connectors didn't do anything but as soon as i replaced the pcm it was night and day on the performance and now runs like it should. I did all the cheap stuff before i did the pcm you just never know with these Jeeps... lol good luck
