Wobble

I parked my zj , due to it scaring the heck outta me . I was on the hwy.,at 65 and felt like the front left wheel tried to lock-up on me . I immediately slowed down and had to go 40mph for thirty miles. The front end felt ok except for that . When I got home I discovered that my cv had blown on the driver side . My Question is : would the axle cause the wobble ? Thanks in advance for all the help.

loss of power at just one tire while at highway speed can do a LOT of things. It's entirely possible that it would cause wobble, especially if the broken CV had caused a binding or anything in that tire, then freed up.
