I would say yes, tires are skinny enough that with the spacers getting your actual BS to ~4.75" they should be fine. Just.
However, expect that you probably need to do a little trimming, adding a bit more bumpstopping, and smacking in the pinchweld seam at the back of front wheelwells.

You'll rub on the lower control arms. 3.75 - 4" is backspace you are looking for.
It's going to be a tight fit. If you wheel you'll want to trim the fenders and hammer the pinch seam back.

Just about to sell it and i want to make it a little more appealing. I've had these jk wheels in the basement for ever. How far will these wheels poke out if I go with a 1.5" adapter?

You should be right at the fenders.

Do you think there is enough adjustment in the steering stops to get rid of the rub on the control arms if I did choose the 1.25 adapter? The tires are only 10" wide.

Yeah, it should be close as is, if you can loosen the steering stops you'll be fine and the new owner will be able to drive off happy.

JK 32s with a 1.5" spacer adapter on 2" lift will mainly rub on the sway bar. You will also need to trim the front bumper and I'd recommend hammering the pinch seam flat. Bump stops will need to be extended, as at full bump you will cram a tire into the fender.

If it helps any I put my JK takeoffs on with no lift or cutting and 1.25" adapters. I did not drive it like this, it was only for fun.

Bringing an old post back from the grave...I have a great deal on JK wheels/tires lined up, wheels are good but tires are shot. When I get tires for the JK wheels could I not just opt for 31s?

Yes, you could certainly install 31s on the 17" JK wheels.

Look for a metric equivalent of that.. 10.50" wide tires are the same as 265mm section width.
265/65 R17 would be ~30.6" in diameter
265/70 R17 would be ~31.6"

Keep in mind 31 x 10.50 tires often are smaller than advertised in diameter when mounted, as are 32s, 33s etc..
As an example, the 285/75 R16 tires I had - which should be about 31.8" in diameter - were over an inch taller than my 33" x 12.50" mud tires. Both were on 8" wide wheels.
