Odd idle problem

94 5.2L V8 46RH

Occasionally, when idling, my ZJ will 'shake,' almost like a tremor (I compare it to a slowly vibrating chair, if that makes sense). It seems to be pretty inconsistent, happening sometimes and other times it is smooth. The RPMs do NOT move, and I do NOT hear the engine speed changing. It seems to idle around 500-700RPM. Fuel pressure is good, compression is okay, and as far as I can tell, there are no vacuum leaks.

Any suggestions?
