My ZJ Timeline

Here is a picture of the ZJ I bought a little over a year ago...

Transformed into this

Then the wife rolled it (luckily she wasn't hurt):

So I bought a new one:

And it transformed into this:


7" lift
IRO front long control arms
Clayton triangulated rear long arms
Ford 8.8 swap
231 swap
Etc.
Still lots more to do!

Glad no one got hurt.

Why a 7" lift? Lower it some and get a better COG... less likelihood of rolling it.

Go big or go home!!
You need all the clearance you can get when rock crawling. It only sees the road to and from trails anyhow!

or widen the track to off set the height ....

I would've looked at going wider with the axles if UT didn't have such strict vehicle inspection laws! I don't want a trailer queen, I want something I can drive anywhere - a true all terrain vehicle.
