Jeep ZJ Excursion

David Tracy of Jalopnik is at it again. This time with a piece featuring an obscure ZJ conversion called the Excursion, found Ina Detroit junkyard. It's kinda cool, very 90s, and has a Jurrasic Park vibe. Read David's piece here:

Some dude on facebook said that was his Jeep. Seems like it got towed for some reason and he couldnt afford to pay the bill, then it got junked. He said nothing was wrong with it.

Read the article. Thanks for sharing this unique ZJ. I always enjoy David Tracys take on Jeeps, his rants and the obscure. If Mark 3 conversions out of Ocala, FL re worked the molds for modern day flat screens, xbox, or playstation 5 and raised the height a bit on the added fiberglass roof id love to retrofit mine into a Jurrasic classic. I like it. Thank you saabman

Jeep ZJ Excursion

That’s cool I’ve never heard of that before. A bit small for an “excursion” but I can see with that little extra headroom it would be doable in a tiny home kind of way.
