I love that wood grain on the sides. Not a huge fan of light blue, but gosh, that looks nice.

This is what I want to do to my ZJ in a way. I love the idea of Resto-modding old cars. modding them for period correctness while restoring them and not going too crazy.

Plus, my own ZJ is pretty close in Color to that. Mine's just a bit less Pastel/easteregg colored.

Those are the best looking fender flares I've seen on a ZJ. It would be nice if Ma Mopar would sell those

93 red ZJ 196k 4.0. Spent more money than I should have ...

Agreed, that GC is the belle of that ball. The CJ66 is nice but Grand One has it beat. I love that strong stance yet it isn't over powered like it's trying to over compensate. That is what I'm eventually looking to do with my '96. Gotta recheck the lifted thread to see what it'd look like on 15" wheels instead of 18", cause I like my 15s.

It's not mentioned in that article or shown in the pictures, but Jalopnik had an article which showed they even had a 90s Game boy brick in the backseat and a car phone hooked up.

That too. Also, the ZJ was bought off Craigslist. Here's the Jalopnik Article

Interesting note on the JK steering wheel swap...the pics in the first link still have the old ZJ steering wheel.

Yeah, looks like they had to do a few things to make it nice to drive before taking it out to Moab. I kinda like the look of that wheel though . . .

The WK2 uses the same wheel, and the heated version with woodgrain that my mom's '13 Overland has is Personally like the WJ wheel over the 2nd gen ZJ wheel

I swear I saw a pic on FB or instagram that the passenger taillight pulled out to reveal a hidden storage compartment
